Pinpoint Rehab & Aquatics has two locations, one land physical therapy clinic, and one aquatic center, both located in North Houston. Our number one priority is superior service to our patients. We strive to provide individualized treatment with hands-on, compassionate therapy. We do not rush our patients or our clinicians. Rather, we perform comprehensive evaluations and take a systematic approach to treatment planning and goal setting.

Our ideal candidate has experience with DOL patients and how to write detailed evaluation reports. Experience working directly with a physician and ability to collaborate and suggest procedures to effectively get patients to return to work full duty.
The Physical Therapist (PT) will report the Chief Operations Officer (or acting Manager). The facility opens at 8 am sharp, the PT must be ready to begin the day. Clinic late days can vary, the PT should be prepared to work late when necessary, to service the last patient. Arrival time is 7:30 am with 30 minutes to prepare the clinic and set-up for the day. Must be flexible if required to work long or irregular hours.
Hours of Operation: Monday, 8 am-1 pm and Tuesday to Friday, 8 am-6 pm (subject to change)
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PHYSICAL THERAPIST/DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
- Professional Degree: Physical Therapist or Doctoral of Physical Therapy. (Required)
- Our ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 1.5 years of experience (Required)
- Prior experience working in a private practice setting. (Preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in order to build relationships with patients and team members.
- Superior time management skills.
- The latest physical therapy practices and a desire to provide cutting-edge care.
- Must be in good physical condition and have the strength to perform adjustments and manipulations on patients when needed.
- Knowledge of physical therapy and aquatic equipment.
- Experience with DOL patient types. (Ideal)
- Aquatic therapy experience. (Ideal)

- Support the preliminary business model offering physical and aquatic therapy and self-payor wellness programs. Team Environment.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult and evaluate patients regarding their physical condition and symptoms.
- Physically examine patients and diagnose by reviewing medical history, diagnostics, and physician reports.
- Provide detailed patient e-charts, daily notes, and evaluation reports. Assessment must be completed timely, be well-written, and provide an astute treatment plan, goals, and timeline.
- Assist and supervise the patient’s physical therapy through therapeutic exercises, activities, massage, aquatics, etc.
- Consult and educate patients on how to effectively use therapeutic exercise techniques and advise patients on how they can improve their health through chiropractic care and at-home exercises.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop physical therapy and aquatic treatment plans.
- Assist with administrative responsibilities, as needed.
- Weekly meetings and case review.
- Create wellness plans for patients based on their goals for physical health and wellness, medical
- history, any injuries, and personal requests.
- Understand medical billing procedures in relation to the patient’s treatment. (Preferred)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintain an active license.
- Annual planning to maintain CE’s (management approval required by set yearly quarter).
- A minimum of 1.5 years of prior experience is a must.
