We are seeking a seasoned Controller to lead our accounting and finance functions and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth.
- Construction Accounting: Lead job costing, WIP reports, subcontractor payments, and liens to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Insurance Claims: Monitor payments, disbursements, and regulatory compliance to minimize risks.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize costs, monitor cash flow, and enforce financial controls to ensure liquidity.
- Compliance: Maintain GAAP, tax, and insurance compliance to avoid penalties and reputational damage.
- HR Collaboration: Work with HR to manage payroll, benefits, and certified reporting.
- Technology: Utilize Sage 300 for financial reporting and job costing to enhance efficiency.
- Strategic Growth: Provide financial insights to inform business decisions and drive expansion.

Requirements:
- 5 years in accounting/finance, 3 in senior roles.
- Job costing, insurance claims, contractor/vendor payments.
- Sage 300 (Timberline) proficiency required.

- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred).
