Top Requirements :
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- 5-7 years of accounting experience (public accounting or banking)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
What you’ll do :
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings for timely, accurate reporting.Inspire and develop a 3-4 member accounting / finance team, providing training on financial reporting.Serve as subject matter expert on Fiserv Precision general ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting applications.Ensure compliance with banking regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies to mitigate risks, utilizing strong planning, delegation, and problem-solving skills.What you’ll bring :
