Position Overview
Pins Mechanical Company is a social gathering place that offers a playful alternative to a traditional night out. Whether it’s duckpin bowling, pinball or shuffleboard, Pins brings people together through old school entertainment, cold brews, and hand-crafted cocktails.
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Door Attendant to join our door team at Pins Mechanical Co. As a Host, you're responsible for greeting each guest, checking their ID, and answering any questions they may have. You welcome guests as they arrive, thank them as they leave, and encourage them to come back for another unforgettable night out.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart.
- Check for proper identification.
- Support organization and cleanliness of the space.
- Guide guests to their party or special event.
- Make recommendations on menu offerings and activities.
- Act as a Pins brand ambassador.
Skills and Abilities
- Bar/Restaurant Host experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
