OPERATION:
PinSeekers is a hybrid golf entertainment facility offering year-round play in 56 luxury golf suites located in Tiffin, Iowa.
- Each suite will feature Toptracer technology– a sophisticated ball tracking gaming system – the same product providing animated golf ball flight on TV Tour events.
- The golfing range features 10 Smart Target greens that illuminate upon impact with different colored lights.
- The Smart Targets have distances ranging from 45 to 225 yards.
Additional activities offered at PinSeekers facilities:
- 18-hole outdoor putting course
- 6 lanes of Duckpin-Mini Bowling
- 3 multi-Sport Simulators
- All activities of the facility are lit for night play
PinSeekers will offer a full-service restaurant and bar.

OVERVIEW
PinSeekers is searching for a bright, energetic and resourceful sales and events coordinator to join our growing team. The Events Coordinator assists with various projects assigned by the Event Director. This individual will have the opportunity to work with sales and plan parties and events both on-site and off-site of our property.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Event Director with client intake
- Be present at events to ensure communication with staff, customer satisfaction, and aid in corrective action if needed
- Create and maintain event orders for clients booking events as assigned
- Maintain a clean and ready event space daily
- Assist in Inside sales – upsell PinSeekers and have knowledge to sell packages to leads that come in
- Help to manage production for printed materials, brochures, signage and other marketing pieces for events
- Assist in coordination and effort for community outreach
- Assis with production of golf outings and fundraisers
- Collect and record event payments in a timely matter as assigned
- Produce weekly event reports assigned by the Event Director
- Be very organized and thorough with event documents for clients and Event Director
- Attend weekly sales and event meetings with management team
- Assist in keeping our reservation site (Sevenrooms) up to date and answer questions dealing with suite/bay reservations when needed
- Operate as a Shift Lead throughout the week
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Associates in Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years event management experience
COMPENSATION
Year-round position with an annual salary of $50,000-$80,000 (DOE) including commissions based on sales volumes of events.
