Job Type Full-time Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day implementation of the entire organization’s recruiting strategy. This individual will report directly to the Chief People Officer while working closely and collaboratively with all levels of the organization including the Executive Team, Director Team, and Store Level Management Teams. This individual will work to recruit through the main three channels of the Pinstripes Recruitment Strategy : Lateral-Hires, Internal-Hires, and College Program.
The Recruiter will also coordinate efforts with location-level Managers for both current hourly team member hiring needs and location openings. This individual will be in tune with hiring seasonality, and responsible for ensuring that the teams are proactive in hiring and maintaining set pars within the locations. This individual needs to be a dynamic leader who can lead and coordinate all recruiting efforts, while staying focused on aggressively finding the best talent for the company.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years with Hospitality Industry experience
Minimum 2 years with Recruiting experience
Goal-oriented and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates the ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively
High-energy individual with a passion to connect with people
Team player attitude and ability to work cross-functionally with all departments (Front of House, Back of House, Sales, Maintenance, Marketing)
Excellent computer skills
Travel is required
Position Responsibilities
Own the Recruiting Strategic Plan and Execute the Plan
Develop the strategic recruiting plan for the overall company including but not limited to :
o Recruiting process for both Salary and Hourly positions in all departments (FOH, BOH, Sales, Maintenance, Marketing)
o Recruiting plan for Current Locations
o Recruiting plan for New Openings
o Relationships with Recruiting Firms
o Online Ad Placements and Recruiting Tools
o Colleges & Universities
o Onboarding process
Communicate the strategy and collaborate with all departments on the plan
Follow through with all departments on the plan
Coordinate Recruiting Efforts with all Departments
Inventory and coordinate the current needs and future needs of each department
Streamline the recruiting, interview, and onboarding process
Track all recruiting efforts with streamlined metrics
Own the Online Ad Placements & Recruiting Tools
Streamline ad verbiage for all job positions
Assess local college & university ad placement boards
Assess current ATS : Paylocity
Own the College & University Recruiting Efforts
Assess the current list of Hospitality Colleges & Universities
Optimize recruiting efforts
Own the Store Opening Recruiting Efforts
Assess recruiting needs before and after each store opening
Implement a robust store opening recruiting plan including : job postings, banners / posters, job fairs, marketing tactics, and any ideas to push the envelope on hiring the best candidates
Track each store opening’s based on recruiting efforts, interview process, hiring process, and team retention rate
