Looking for a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team! The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Managing mail and bank deposits
- Scanning and document management
- Running errands and other administrative duties
- Using multiple software and web applications
Required skills:
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Ability to take good notes and manage caller's requests efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work well with a team
Preferred skills:
- HIPAA compliance training
- Background in medical billing (training will be provided)

Hours:
- 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday (in-office, not remote)
