Pinwheel Healing Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist to join our team across our multiple locations in Albuquerque, Raton, Rio Rancho, and Ruidoso. This is an exciting opportunity to help us enhance the delivery of care and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Improvement system tailored to our agency’s needs and goals.
- Monitor performance metrics, collect data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts based on data analysis, feedback, and outcome evaluations.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and update policies and procedures that promote safety, quality, and client-centered care.
- Provide training and education to staff on Quality Improvement best practices.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards.
- Assist the agency through the process of becoming accredited by the Joint Commission.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred, or 3 years of experience in Quality Improvement within a behavioral health setting.
- Strong understanding of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with or a desire to help guide an agency through Joint Commission accreditation.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- A passion for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care.
