We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on expanding our managed security and compliance services while building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, scheduling initial meetings, and meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on expanding our managed security and compliance services while building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, scheduling initial meetings, and meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic outreach, industry networking, and referral partnerships
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs as established by the Director of Sales, including prospect meetings, pipeline development, and revenue targets
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers within organizations (such as Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, and local Municipalities) including CEOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and Compliance Officers
- Develop and present tailored security and compliance solutions that address specific requirements for the organization
- Partner with fellow sales team members to create comprehensive security proposals that align with the organization’s regulatory requirements and examination guidelines
- Maintain detailed documentation of all prospective interactions and opportunity progress in our CRM system
- Provide weekly status updates to the Director of Sales on pipeline development, active opportunities, and KPI progress
- 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, with any experience selling technology solutions as a bonus
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex, long-cycle B2B sales environments
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical executives
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory
- Experience with CRM systems and in consultative selling to C-level executives
- Experience in selling to Financial Institutions or Manufacturing companies is a bonus
- An understanding of compliance requirements and cybersecurity frameworks is a bonus
- Primary work location will be field based within the assigned territory
- Regular travel required for client meetings, industry events, and team meetings
- Must work independently while maintaining strong communication with the Director of Sales and internal sales team
- Fast-paced environment requiring ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
