POSITION SUMMARY |
The Health Services Specialist for coordinating client medical needs, reviewing all state mandated doctor’s visits, setting up appointments, transporting clients to appointments, documentation of appointments and follow-up. This includes helping coordinate on site clincs. Ensures that appropriate insurance/medical entitlement is available and searches for medical providers as necessary. |

Overall general office environment, however, a significant amount of time can be spent in an automobile during client transport. Temperatures and driving conditions can be dependent on weather.
