About the Opportunity
The Cobrabond Operator processes PCB layers through the Cobrabond Conveyorized Machine and ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with Team leader directions, Traveler information, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Please Note : The available work schedule consists of second-shift hours (4 : 00pm - 12 : 30am); however, training will take place during the first shift (7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm).
What You'll Do :
- Reviews SOPs, work instructions, Team leader directions and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that quantities match
- Completes Process Analysis Log prior to start of work each shift
- Sets up and operates Cobrabond Machine, including setting speed, start / stop, verify temperature setting and basic maintenance
- Loads and unloads panels through the Cobrabond Machine
- Visually inspects panels after processing for non-conformances
- Bakes layers using vacuum oven; logs in and out time
- Replaces baths as needed and directed by Chem Lab, Team Leader and / or Process Engineer
- Performs all other job tasks as needed.

Please note that in addition to prolonged standing and walking, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds; as well as repetitive hand and finger motion.

California Pay Range
17—$18 USD
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
