Job Summary:

• We are seeking a 3DX OCM Lead to drive the adoption of 3DExperience (3DX) PLM solutions across divisions.
• The role involves defining business requirements, developing adoption strategies, training users, and ensuring smooth integration of CAD, 3DX, and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze 3DX requirements and align business processes.
• Develop and execute 3DX adoption and change management plans.
• Engage stakeholders for planning, data migration, training, and enablement.
• Communicate business impact, benefits, and change updates to key stakeholders.
• Deliver 3DX training programs to ensure user readiness.
• Assess organizational impact and implement mitigation strategies.
• Address resistance to adoption, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
• Create user scenarios for configuration and solution validation.
• Provide business-critical PLM support and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee 3DX deployment, working with divisional super users.
• Support product launches and prioritize business needs
• Track KPIs to measure 3DX adoption success.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience with PLM systems, 3DExperience (3DX), and CAD integration.
• Strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, and training.
• Ability to analyse business processes and align them with 3DX solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
