Duration : 4 months contract, extendable up to 24 months

Job Description :
Location is : Summit, NJ
The Company is on a journey to review all benefits programs, including well-being programs to ensure they are fit for purpose.
The company is looking for someone with global benefits experience.
Key activities include creating an inventory of all types of benefits programs in each country, identifying vendors, internal owners, cost, utilization, etc.
Work with external consulting firm to get and review market practices; compare external practices with existing programs and work with the total rewards team to make recommendations.
Collaborate with the total rewards team to prioritize initiatives.
For example, how many countries to be reviewed and / or which programs to be reviewed first. Coordinate activities, data collection, etc with various teams- payroll, workday, ERLR, legal, finance, HRBPs, etc.
Activities may include drafting communication materials, change management plans.
Scope of work does not include US healthcare.
