Conventional Well Tender

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
Location: New Philadelphia, OH and surrounding areas.
Pay: $23-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

We’re seeking a candidate with 5 years of experience as a Well Tender/Lease Operator in the oil and gas industry. Strong mechanical skills, a solid work history, and a clean driving record are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and adjust production equipment (wells, compressors, meters) for oil and gas production.
• Track daily oil, gas, and saltwater production and keep records.
• Notify transporters for oil and saltwater removal when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and keep records.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
• Inspect wells, tanks, and flow lines for mechanical integrity.
• Maintain well sites, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
• Report production readings and downtime to the district office.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and general site maintenance.
• Ensure safe, environmentally responsible operations.
• Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role with a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills and strong mechanical aptitude.

Physical Demands:

• Exposure to weather conditions, noise, and dust.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more with assistance.
• Bending, standing, and long hours in varying conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
