Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO) Administrative
and Program Support
Pioneer Technology Center, an engaging and

for a Program Manager

diverse group of clientele to provide administrative support for quality
training and services? If so, to be successful in this position you must be supportive,
productive, goal-oriented, team-focused, reliable, responsible, and
self-motivated.
This position is
designed for a unique person who has excellent skills in the following areas:
- Integrity,
credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the program’s mission
- Microsoft Office skills and an ability to become familiar
with WRO software
- Problem
solving and decision making
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving
skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and be effective under pressure
- Excellent verbal
and written communication
- Working in a
team environment
- Manage
several projects simultaneously
The
successful applicant will have a high school diploma or High School
Equivalency, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3-5 years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Knowledge of TANF and Oklahoma Health Services (OHS/DHS) funded
programs preferred.
