WORK SCHEDULE:
Your typical work schedule will be from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We value work-life balance and consistency, allowing you to plan your days and weekends with confidence.
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FULL-TIME BOOKKEEPER - HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the payroll process with precision and diligence. You'll manage benefit plans, ensuring that every member of our team receives the support they need. Compliance and accuracy are your cornerstones, making sure that all payroll-related documents are meticulously prepared and that payroll accounts are reconciled on time. Additionally, you will contribute to the improvement of our payroll policies and procedures while also maintaining current employee data systems.
With an eye for detail and a passion for numbers, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate account balances and ensuring that payroll information is in full compliance with statutory requirements. Your day will also involve working closely with the HR team, handling onboarding processes, employee benefits, and assisting with a variety of other HR-related tasks. You're the bridge between our finances and our talented team!
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A FULL-TIME BOOKKEEPER - HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
- Proficiency in bookkeeping
- A willingness to learn and grow in the HR field, even if you don't have prior HR experience
- Ability to adapt to new software and processes
Preferred: Experience with QuickBooks.
