What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Services Director position at Pioneer Valley Living and Rehab?
The Dietary Manager will be responsible for managing the food service department. All cooks and dietary aides will report to the manager. Pioneer Valley Living and Rehab is a full-service Skilled/Long-term Care Facility. We offer 3 meals per day, 3 snacks per day, drink/refreshment carts, and an anytime menu. It is the manager's responsibility to ensure that dietary restrictions are monitored, the dining experience is enjoyable, and cleanliness is a priority. We pride ourselves on serving great food and having a menu that residents (and staff) enjoy. Our kitchen was deficiency free during our last survey.
