We are seeking a motivated (Senior) Research Associate to join our Cell Biology team and have a significant role in our efforts characterizing nucleic acid function and responses in primary immune cells, which emphasis on T cell biology. This individual will focus on hands-on laboratory benchwork, brings thoroughness and attention to detail to their work, and is curious and willing to learn. The candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Culture and maintenance of cell lines and primary immune cells
- Execute, troubleshoot and analyze data from nucleic acid function assays on immune cells
- Share experimental methods and data effectively in both oral and written formats and maintain excellent record keeping
- Work in multiple projects simultaneously and pivot on experimental priorities as required to align with company goals.
- Comfortable working both as independent contributor and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- BS or MS degree in Biology, Immunology, Virology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling cell lines and primary cell lines is required
- Experience with experimental design and hands-on execution of in vitro assays to profile nucleic acid function (multi-color flow cytometry, Incucyte-based imaging, luciferase assays, microscopy, qPCR) is required
- Experience with nucleic acid delivery methods (transfection, nucleofection, electroporation)
- Highly motivated to execute at the bench and bring strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and enthusiasm towards developing new skills
- Ability to adapt, execute and thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and rapidly growing biotech environment
