Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our union pipe fabrication facility. This role involves overseeing quality control, production schedules, and customer deadlines. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and provide leadership and oversight of facility departments, including Quality Control, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Coordinate plant operations to ensure efficient production and meet customer requirements.
- Leadership Development: Mentor department leaders to foster a strong, results-driven team.
- Production Planning: Oversee job tracking, shop loading charts, and workflow to meet deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Review QC data to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Customer Service: Develop relationships with customers to ensure clear communication and alignment with project timelines.
