Field Service Engineer Medical Laboratory Equipment
Locations : Multiple (FL East Coast Floater, LA Seattle, MS Shreveport, SC Jackson, WA Ft. Lauderdale, Columbia, USA)
Experience Required : 3 - 15 years
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory equipment (including hematology, chemistry, coagulation analyzers, and automated robotic lab instrumentation). This role requires strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair medical laboratory analyzers and automated robotic lab equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
- Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group .
- Manage car inventory , including tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Provide on-site training for customers on instrument operation.
- Must be willing to travel overnight as required.
