To be successful in this role, candidates must have a high school education or equivalent training, plus 5 years of related practical experience in the application of knowledge to supervise assigned project activities. Essential qualifications, duties, and responsibilities include supervising the progress of assigned jobs/projects each day to ensure safety and proper working conditions on the job site, maintaining adequate records regarding time cards, materials, supplies, and reports as required, and reporting any and/or all problems with assigned projects, equipment needs, material defects, safety hazards, and/or personnel to department foremen and/or superintendents.
