What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accessibility tester position at Piper Companies?
Piper Companies is hiring a Accessibility Tester for a large enterprise organization located in San Jose, CA. The User Accessibility Tester will be testing all products from hardware, software, phone, video, etc.
The Accessibility Tester will need to sit on site 3 days per week in San Jose, CA and will start on a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities of the Accessibility Tester :
- Work with team members and mentor more junior testers
Requirements for the Accessibility Tester :
Strong knowledge of the following guidelines : Section 508 with government testing experience and knowledgeWCAG 2.1, 2.
2EN 301 549- this is a plus, not required
4 years as an Accessibility Tester, testing both iOS, Android, Mac, Windows
Compensation for the Accessibility Tester :
- $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
- Health, Vision and Dental insurance
