Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is hybrid, with 4 days remote and 1 in-office day per week (Thursdays) in Columbia, MD.
Responsibilities :
- Define and document business requirements, creating technical specifications.
- Communicate specifications to data engineers and assist in QA testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds.
- Manage priorities, requests, and documentation of data sources, workflows, and outputs.
- Support Agile / Scrum processes, with potential for leadership roles.
