Essential Duties of the Director, Project Management:
- Oversee 8 Project Managers who are overseeing low-voltage projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of projects. Be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of the project portfolio through leading/managing a team of Project Managers.
- Review the team’s delivery of scope and schedule on an ongoing basis to ensure outstanding delivery while balancing the required budgeted profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, OEMs, distribution, and other industry stakeholders.
- 8 years of audio visual (AV) and low-voltage experience.
- 4 years of experience managing a team of Project Managers.
- Strong background managing low-voltage projects.
- PMP Certification preferred
- $145,000 - $165,000 (based on experience)
- 20% bonus eligibility
- 3 remote days per week
