Full Stack Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support an award winning tech company. This position will be in Durham, NC 3 days a week. The Full Stack Engineer will revolve primarily around a Node.js backend and a React.js front end while also supporting the team on various side projects.

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Engineer include:

• Implement scalable REST APIs and application UIs
• Identify bottlenecks and improve software efficiency
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs
• Contribute towards unit tests and test-automation
• Documentation for internal and external clients
  
  

Qualifications for the Full Stack Engineer include:

• 2-5 years of experience as an Full Stack Engineer
• Well-versed in back end development with languages like Node.js, Java (8 ), etc.
• Strong understanding of SQL and Relational Databases
• Front end frameworks, preferably ReactJS/Typescript
• Microservices experience and creating REST APIs from scratch
  
  

Compensation for the Full Stack Engineer include:

• Salary Range: $82,000-110,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
