OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (INSURANCE)

Piper Companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our client's team in Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina. This role is with a prominent Life Insurance and Annuities company, offering an excellent opportunity for early career professionals to gain valuable experience in the insurance and finance sectors. The Operations Associate will be responsible for creating and executing efficient processes and will be required to work onsite in RTP, NC, three days a week.

Responsibilities for the Operations Associate :

• Process, review, and forward new applications received daily, ensuring timely and accurate transfer.
• Monitor and ensure no tasks remain unattended for extended periods.
• Stay informed about the company's annuity products and offerings.
• Adhere to HIPAA, Corporate Integrity, Diversity Principles, and Compliance Program policies.
