Responsibilities of the Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO) include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to identify impactful improvements and align the product vision with company goals.
- Gain deep knowledge of the product, understand user interactions and workflows, and document features and processes for stakeholders.
- Execute the product roadmap, prioritize tasks and development backlog, and conduct feature discovery with internal teams.
- Work with UX designers and engineers to ensure designs meet business needs, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and support the development process.
- Oversee the product from inception to release, maintaining release notes and ensuring smooth end-to-end management.
- Minimum of 4 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years specializing in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Proven experience managing and developing external/customer-facing products.
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Figma and experience working with UI/UX design teams.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus.
- Must work onsite 2 days a week in Durham, NC.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- $120-140,000
