Piper Companies is seeking a Systems Engineer that’s well-versed in Identity Access Management to join a pioneering healthcare team based in Columbia, MD. This is a hybrid position that will require three days weekly in office.
Responsibilities for the Systems Engineer include :
- Assist with planning design technology solutions to fit IT strategies designed to address business needs.
- Contributes to the development of automated repeatable scripts and orchestration. Scripts used to support automation of operations processes, and data collection for security compliance audits, capacity forecasting and performance monitoring.
- Support capacity planning and identifying proactive maintenance on their respective technologies and services to ensure service delivery
- Third tier technical support and participate in troubleshooting methodology and often works with cross-team troubleshooting efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring of junior Systems Engineers and System Administrators.
