Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join an established healthcare organization for a 3-month contract opportunity. This position is fully on-site and would require travel to multiple locations in the Lehigh County, PA, Carbon County, Luzerne County, PA, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site support an enterprise email migration and iOS device configuration.
- Assist users in logging into Outlook with their new credentials.
- Rebuild and configure iOS devices in InTune, following documented scripts and instructions.
- Ensure users' mobile devices are properly set up and connected to required apps and services.
- Help users migrate from other platforms to Microsoft Teams.
- Provide consistent, on-the-ground troubleshooting and support to ensure smooth transition for end-users.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while working with end-users, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
