Role: Tech Support Analyst
Contract: 12 months
Role: Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. This role is a combination of Help Desk Support and PC Maintenance. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Qualification:
- 5 years of experience working in a PC Support environment
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Internet, VPN, and End-User PC support experience
- Familiar with PC hardware in a break-fix environment and local area networking concepts
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and ability
- Solid communication skills are required.
