Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in upstream process development for rAAV.
- Execute and analyze experiments using DoE and QbD principles.
- Perform suspension cell culture, transfection, and bioreactor operations.
- Analyze data and report findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support external manufacturing as an SME.
- Maintain and manage the ELN system.
