Upstream Process Development Associate

Key Responsibilities of the Upstream Process Development Associate :

• Assist in upstream process development for rAAV.
• Execute and analyze experiments using DoE and QbD principles.
• Perform suspension cell culture, transfection, and bioreactor operations.
• Analyze data and report findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support external manufacturing as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Maintain and manage the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) system.

Qualifications of the Upstream Process Development Associate :
