Key Responsibilities of the Upstream Process Development Associate :
- Assist in upstream process development for rAAV.
- Execute and analyze experiments using DoE and QbD principles.
- Perform suspension cell culture, transfection, and bioreactor operations.
- Analyze data and report findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support external manufacturing as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Maintain and manage the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) system.
Qualifications of the Upstream Process Development Associate :
1 years of experience in upstream process development.
