Piper Jordan is seeking a Senior Analyst, Health & Benefits to join our growing team in San Diego, CA or Las Vegas, NV
The Senior Analyst, Health & Benefits will be pivotal in supporting client teams in evaluating client requirements and implementing effective benefit program strategies. Primary responsibilities will revolve around analyzing healthcare data, coordinating proposal processes, delivering on technical requirements, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. By collaborating closely with the consulting team, the Senior Analyst, Health & Benefits will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional consulting services to our clients and ensuring the success of their health and group benefit programs. Dedication and a proactive approach will maintain effective client relationships and drive positive outcomes.
How You Will Contribute :
- Collaborate with client teams to evaluate client requirements and facilitate the implementation of benefit program strategies
- Gather, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to generate comprehensive client reports
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the insurance vendor landscape, plan designs, healthcare cost influencers, and the health / group benefits program renewal cycle
- Coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of clients, ensuring smooth execution
- Draft and structure client-centric communications, encompassing proposals, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly dashboard reports tailored to specific clients; attend and provide support during review meetings to discuss outcomes and relevant topics
- Collaborate with client teams to smoothly manage daily responsibilities, executing tasks effectively
- Offer assistance for client enrollment activities, overseeing accuracy and timely distribution of materials
- Execute on client-specific initiatives such as plan and program renewals and compliance efforts
- Maintain consistent internal communication on active projects nearing deadlines; proactively anticipate challenges and take preventive actions to ensure timely progress; maintain follow-up on deliverables with Piper Jordan team members
Skills & Experience to Be Successful :
Pay Range
75,000 - $110,000 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and / or budget for the role.
