Chief Estimator
Location : Houston, TX (In-office)
Compensation : $150,000 - $175,000 Bonus ESOP
Relocation Support Available : Yes

Your Role :
As Chief Estimator, you will have the opportunity to grow into a team leadership position, leading a team of 4 estimators. You will work closely with senior leadership (VP, Directors, C-suite) to create self-perform estimates, conduct cost analysis, and manage full RFP review processes. You'll lead from the front, adhering to their estimating processes and be hands on.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop accurate estimates for Solar & BESS projects with a focus on self-performing work .
- Lead full RFP reviews , cost analysis, and prepare proposals for senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and build strong relationships across departments.
- Guide and mentor junior estimators, earning the opportunity to build a larger team over time.
- Work hands-on, update bid submissions, and manage estimates for projects.
