Piper Sandler is currently seeking an intern for Summer 2025 in our Technology Business Line. This intern would work directly with our Development team in Minneapolis, MN. Our human capital, technology, marketing and other corporate support teams work with our business partners to maximize each employee. The anticipated salary for Minnesota-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $21 per hour. Placement within this range is dependent upon education level & years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Software Development
- Assist with quality assurance, code logic, data processing, system design, and disaster recovery/resiliency
- Review and analyze existing Integrations' effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
- Test new or changed integration software programs
- Learn, contribute to, and enforce functional policies, procedures, and best practices
- End user trouble shooting and support
- Spreadsheet maintenance and data reporting
- Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of and/or proficiency with development languages such as C#, ASPX, React, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, Python
- Knowledge of development platforms including web servers, application servers, and server farms
- This internship is open to undergraduate or graduate students who graduate in December 2025 or Spring 2026 and have a GPA of 3.3 or above.
- Majoring in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or another quantitative field preferred.
