Job Overview:
We are seeking fun-loving, outdoor enthusiasts to join our team. As a Zipline Guide, you will be responsible for providing an exciting and safe experience for our guests as they soar through the tree. All necessary training provided
Must be 18 to apply
Must be able to attend our week long training (May 6th - May 10)
Duties:
- Conduct safety briefings and provide instructions to guests before each zipline tour
- Assist guests with harnessing and gear fitting
- Lead groups on zipline tours, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout the experience
- Monitor guests during the tour to ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Provide assistance and guidance to guests who may need help during the tour
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to handle challenging situations or conflicts that may arise during tours
- Experience in organizing and managing events or group activities
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging an audience
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
