Job Description
"Industrial Painter-position available for an Industrial Painter/sandblaster with experience in mixing and conventional applications of primers and multi-part epoxies. Responsibilities will include working knowledge of paint specifications, surface prep verification, recording atmosphere and wet/dry readings with standard gauges, defect identification and repair techniques and equipment maintenance."
Experienced painter (5 years )
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of applicable safety regulations (OSHA, DEP. EPA)
- Three to five years of verifiable experience in a heavy industrial/ manufacturing environment is preferred
- Previous experience in a paint environment
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing.
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Primary work environment is a heavy industrial/ manufacturing worksite (inside and outside activities)
- Proper personal protective equipment is required at all times, such as, steel toed shoes, ear protection, safety glasses, long pants, etc.
