- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from current accounts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage accounts by maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client's needs.
- Track sales activities, report on performance metrics, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in an outside Laser sales role.
- Strong background in business development with a focus on territory management.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices and customer service excellence is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in account management, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and cold calling strategies is a plus.
