What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dock Manager position at Pirate Adventures?
Cape Cod Pirate Adventures is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to fill our Dock Manager position for this upcoming Summer season (roughly Late May - Labor Day). This position has the ability to be very flexible. Our company is a family owned business in operation for over 30 years. We have been able to serve the greater Cape Cod community by providing excellent service and unique experiences for families visiting this area. We are looking for someone with managerial experience, who enjoys working in a small team, and is organized. Job Requirements:
- Responsible for managing all dock related tasks, such as checking guests in, answering the phone, docking and undocking the boat, selling merchandise, interacting with guests, and preparing for upcoming trips.
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Be able to work outside in a summer environment for up to 8 hours
- Be able to work the duration of the season
- Customer service experience required
