ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Multi-faceted 5-Star Resort is seeking a candidate with strong Administrative skills. Pirate Cove Resort is located on the Colorado River between Lake Havasu and Laughlin. Candidates must have high energy and enjoy working in customer service.
Position Requirements:
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent written and oral communications skills
· Strong Organizational Skills
· Ordering for all departments
· Scheduling Appointments
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) & Outlook as well as various accounting programs
· Conduct phone work and general clerical duties
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
Position Responsibilities:
· Assist the Corporate Office with general clerical and accounting duties.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
Hospitality experience a plus.
Accounting experience a plus.
Compensation based on experience and qualifications. Hourly Rate Range $18-$20
Position is full time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
