Responsibilities:
- Manage general bookkeeping, collections, invoice processing, A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, customer service, and general office administration
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
- Minimum introductory accounting knowledge.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with computer-based accounting software.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- 2-3 years of general office experience. Experience in a service-related or similar industry is a bonus.
- Associates Degree in business or related field preferred.
- $15.00 - $20.00 an hour depending on experience, five day (part time) work week. (As the company grows we would like to see position go to full time with full benefits) Please note! Employment will not begin until March!
- Occasional 1/2 day Saturday may be required
- Monthly paid bonus (1% of gross monthly sales.)
