PIRTEK USA is seeking a motivated Franchise Consultant to join our Franchise Support Department. The Franchise Consultant primarily works directly with franchisees and their teams to achieve business objectives, set goals, and improve profitability. This position will be working with franchisees mainly along the East and Southeast regions of the United States, with a preference for candidates residing in Florida. Roles & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor franchisees and their teams to achieve business objectives, enhance customer relations, and deliver exceptional service and support.
- Represent the company with the highest level of integrity with all franchisees, clients, investors, vendors, and business partners.
- Help franchisees set and attain short and long-term goals.
- Leverage strong business acumen and data analysis to effectively manage financials and P&L to assist franchisees in improving profitability.
- Ensure the franchise meets PIRTEK's brand standards and operating policies.
- Mentor and develop the selling skills of sales reps in the region, including joint sales calls, role-playing, one-on-one coaching sessions, assistance with developing sales plans, etc.
- Recognize and forecast trends and opportunities within your assigned franchises.
- Work closely with the Support Team to ensure quality and consistency of approach.
- Provide Management with constant feedback from the franchisees.
- Focus on new and underperforming franchises and maintain a close connection with the franchises assigned to you.
- Other projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Three years of experience with sales, operations, fiscal and leadership management, coaching, and consulting in a multi-unit company.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
- Franchise experience preferred.
- Experience with implementing systems and procedures for multi-location organizations.
- Extensive experience developing and leading high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and managing complex projects for franchise networks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel extensively for onsite franchise support, company meetings, and conferences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
- B2B service or repair experience a plus

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
