As the hydraulic shop manager- you will be responsible for the overall operations of the shop and shop team members. This is a hands on position- you will be doing some technical work yourself- as well as managing others. You will be involved in the ongoing process improvement and business development of our shop activities.
- Lead, motivate and support hydraulic Technicians
- Oversee materials and inventory management
- Ensure customers receive the highest quality of service
- Experience in a Supervisory Role
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Computer Skills
- Mechanically Inclined- MUST HAVE HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS AND MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE
- Good Communication Skills
- Competitive salary (Depending on experience)
- Technical and product training plus the use of the PIRTEK computer system.
