Description
This position provides ongoing support to project manager(s) and the sales team. The Administrative Coordinator for Landscape Construction and Sales will be responsible for a broad range of tactical administrative activities, such as, job proposal support, customer communication and relationship management, data accuracy, managing project work job inventory, KPI reporting, AR Aging, and designated office phone support. The Administrative Coordinator for Landscape Construction and Sales will be responsible for supporting other branch administrators and departments as needed, as well as other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have a collaborative, confident, flexible and can-do attitude. Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Must have superior organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, remain flexible and enjoy the administrative challenge of supporting multiple people and tasks.
- Ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Computer and math skills necessary; Strong proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multitask.
