The Hardscape Construction Crew Leader is responsible for the layout, planning, and the safe execution of the project once the tasks are assigned. They will instruct and work with a small team of construction workers on a project site, monitoring work quality and maintaining project timelines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Construction and Landscaping.
- The understanding of various construction practices such as: reading a tape measure, preparing grade for concrete, tie rebar, strip and clean forms as wells various other projects.
- Must love the outdoors and be willing to work in all sorts of weather-related conditions (rain, snow, and direct sunlight for an extended time.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and unload / load trailers and other equipment.
- Involvement in Snow Division in any capacity.
- Capable of working overtime according to project needs.
- Insurable driving record with the ability to obtain a DOT Med Card.
