General Summary
Customer Relations team members will act as a liaison between the customer and sales reps, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. You will help build upon the relationship with our customers. Through phone calls, emails, and messaging you will play a vital role in assisting the customer with learning how to place orders on our website, get the status of their orders, and help them utilize the services that Pisces offers to the full extent.
Responsibilities
- Incoming and out-going phone calls
- Communicating with sales reps
- Communicating with vendors for order status
- Using email and internal messaging system to provide timely and accurate responses to customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Time Management Skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Computer Skills- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Reliable, friendly, and polite
- Possess a strong work ethic.
