We are seeking an experienced and dynamic full-time Bartender/Server. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and positive attitude, interested in contributing to a collaborative team environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, learning a possessing in-depth knowledge of the menu and specials, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate the POS system (Toast) efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending and serving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests
- Presenting a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using POS systems (Toast)
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in fine dining and banquet settings is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
- Full-time availability. Nights and Weekends required.
