Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Motorsports Performance Trainer at our Cornelius, NC facility. The role involves the development and coaching of physical and mental training programs for racing drivers and pit crew members, as well as consulting on nutrition, hydration, and physical fitness regimens that are important for optimal performance.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is required. Upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in exercise physiology, kinesiology, strength and conditioning, and personal training is required.
Experience working with athletes, specifically in the motorsports field, is preferred.
Experience with data analysis and interpretation is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
Certifications from an accredited organization such as NSCA, ACSM, NASM, NSCM, or NSCF is required. CSCS from NSCA is preferred.
