Job Summary
This position requires an individual who will be accountable for all inventory related functions including but not limited to- counting, locating, receiving, sorting, investigating, auditing, put away, and order fulfillment within a distribution inbound and outbound warehouse.
- Always Maintain clean and safe working conditions
- Master the Inventory Process and perform with accuracy
- Issuing and receiving product into and out of the WMS and CSM
- Manage inventory and filing systems
- Run and complete daily inventory cycle counts as required
- Address Inventory shortages work with production coordination as needed to ensure proper levels are maintained on products
- Perform all required Inventory audits end of year and mid-year for Cold Storage and Warehouse
- Handle all assigned tasks to completion and report any issues and concerns immediately
- Ability to safely and accurately operate warehouse Forklifts and Walkie Riders
- Ability to load and or assist putting products into warehouse or cold storage locations
- Be able to operate technology needed daily in the warehouse or cold storage environments

- Must be able to work a varied and flexible schedule as business needs require
- Forklift certification- PIT Experience Required Sit down and or Walkie Rider Pallet Jack
- Inventory and Warehouse experience 2 years minimum
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior use of handheld scanner in a warehouse or cold storage setting
- Computer Skills Required
- Must have legible handwriting
- Must be detailed oriented, a process follower and a good listener
- Ability to multitask, communicate and solve problems
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to write and interpret documents
- Must be able to interpret instructions that are in written, diagram and schedule form
- Ability to analyze and interpret a variety of information
- Ability to respond to common inquires
- Must understand written and oral communication
- Must be able to follow assigned duties according to specified procedures
- Ability to set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
- Must be able to act when answers to a problem are not readily apparent
· Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, climb and reach.

- Moderate noise
- Temperature is varying from Cold Storage to Standard Warehouse conditions
- Heavy action and activity at times
Experience:
- Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)
- Handheld Scanner / Forklift / PIT Operations: 2 year (Required)
- Inventory Control: 2 year (Preferred)
