Overview
PITT OHIO, a $900 million, high service, highly profitable, transportation solutions provider offering SUPPLY CHAIN, GROUND, LTL and TRUCKLOAD services is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst Intern. This internship position is located at our corporate headquarters in the Strip District area of Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities
• Work on operational efficiencies through data• Transfer existing data into live Power BI dashboards for better decision making• Building Power BI Dashboards and integration of shipment data with Co – Pilot• Offer suggestions on how to best utilize data and make it actionable• Utilize various Microsoft 365 applications and present new tools to the Supply Chain group
Qualifications
• Must be majoring in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain and/or related discipline• Completed at least Sophomore year at a University/College• Minimum GPA of at least 3.0• Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products• Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams• Outstanding time management and organizational skills• Fluent command in the English language is required to efficiently communicate with internal and external customers
